Constipation: Take 1-2 teaspoons of triphala powder with warm water at bedtime, depending on the severity of constipation.

Hair: Take 1 tablespoon of triphala powder add 2 cups of water and boil it til it reduces to half the quantity.  Apply the same on the scalp once it cools down. Wash off after 30-45 minutes. Do it twice a week.

Eyes: Soak 1 teaspoon of triphala powder in water overnight. Strain the water in the morning and wash the eyes with it.  It helps to cure irritation, itching, burning sensation or redness of the eyes.

Anti-ageing: Triphala has got rejuvenating properties as it is a potent anti-oxidant. It helps to improve immunity. Take 1 teaspoon of triphala powder with warm water everyday.

Weight management: 1-2 teaspoons of triphala powder every night before bed with warm water helps with weight management.

Note: Prolonged use of triphala is not advisable unless advised by an Ayurveda physician.
